Commercial Assistant
The Vacancy
About the role:
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Commercial Assistant to work with Gentoo Homes’ Commercial team to assist in managing all Commercial aspects of Gentoo Homes’ build programme.
You will be an integral part of the team managing the costs involved in delivering build targets. You will monitor orders and invoicing and assist the Commercial team in Subcontractor management. You will be responsible for contributing to the overall Group strategy by delivering on development objectives ensuring the organisation is able to respond positively and appropriately to challenges and opportunities.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a motivated individual capable of managing a diverse and fast-moving workload. You will have experience of construction, ideally housebuilding and a passion for getting the job done. You will be willing to be flexible and help out where needed and in return we offer a great team working environment, job satisfaction and the potential for career progression.
