About the role:
We have a number of exciting opportunities to join the Gentoo Homes Construction team in the role of Assistant Site Manager working alongside a site team. In this key role, you will be assisting the Site Manager in the delivery of all site based activities on one of our luxury new build developments.
What we are looking for:
You will have proven site management experience at Assistant level of residential new build and the ability to effectively support the Site manager to achieve key objectives and improv the overall standards of the site based team. Knowledge of health and safety, good building practices, including NHBC stage inspections, are essential. It is also essential you hold a current SMSTS certificate and a relevant CSCS card. Ideally, you will hold or be working towards a relevant Construction related qualification, and possess a Scaffolding Inspection certificate.
