The Vacancy
About the role:
We are seeking 2 permanent New Homes Advisors to join our dedicated sales team within Gentoo Homes. Both posts are full time, working Thursday – Monday, and will support the continued growth of our HBF 5 Star new build developments across our existing and upcoming sites across the North East. The role will involve travel to various sites as and when required.
We offer a market leading package with a base salary of £27,649 and £400 commission paid for each completed plot (paid monthly). In addition, there is a generous pension contribution, 29 days holiday plus bank holidays.
What we are looking for:
You will be a motivated individual with a customer centric approach and a proven record of excellent sales and negotiation skills within a similar role. You will act as a key team player who is sales focused, positive, innovative and decisive. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with strong organisational, IT and CRM skills.
