About the role:

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join the Gentoo Homes Construction team in the role of Project Manager leading a team on a new development. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of residential new build homes to programme and budget on an executive Gentoo Homes Development. Excellent build quality and a first class finish are required as customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our business.

What we are looking for:

You will have proven site management or assistant management experience looking for progression of residential new build and the ability to take responsibility for all of the project management as well as building and improving the standards of the site based team. Knowledge of health and safety, good building practices, including NHBC stage inspections are essential. it is also essential you hold a current SMSTS certificate and a relevant CSCS card. Ideally, you will also hold a relevant construction related qualification and/or Scaffolding Inspection Certificate.
